Meet Our Staff

Gail: Gail is our Office Manager and brings 35+ years of experience with her in the dental field. Gail has an A.S. degree in dental assisting and dental office management. She has worked in a variety of dental specialties, from general dentistry to periodontics, prosthodontics and presently oral surgery. The latter being her favorite. She loves surgery and also worked as a surgical assistant in another oral surgery practice. Her prior experience as a surgical assistant gives her a comprehensive understanding of our patient’s questions and concerns. She regards this broad spectrum of both administrative and clinical exposure to benefit both herself and our patients.

 

Susan: Susan joined our practice in 2014. She is our Front Office Coordinator. Susan brings with her 30 plus years of experience both clinical and managerial. Recently specializing in orthodontics and prosthodontics, Susan possesses both an attention to detail combined with a calm and soft spoken demeanor patients and fellow team members value. On weekends she can be found cycling with friends up and down the coast. Her favorite ride: being dropped off in Laguna and riding home. She loves movies, theatre, music and art. She also enjoys spending time in Santa Fe soaking up the culture and incredible food. We are very fortunate to have Susan as part of our team.

 

 Jessica:  Jessica is our front office/surgical assistant. Born and raised in San Diego, Jessica got her start in oral surgery 7 years ago as a part-time sterile technician while attending Cal-State San Marcos. After a year of accelerating in her position, Jessica moved up to be an assistant. Since then she has obtained her x-ray license as well as her OMSA certification. Having both front and back office experience, Jessica is invaluable to our practice. She has a friendly, caring, and jovial demeanor that allows her to connect with our patients and make them laugh.
